Haven’t been feeling overly motivated these days to get creative in the kitchen. Finally made a bit of a breakthrough today— made one delicious chicken power bowl ππΌπ. Try this simple and delicious salad today :). Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1/3 a cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
5 radishes, diced
1/2 an orange bell pepper, diced
1 Tbsp. Avocado oil
1 tsp. Grey salt
1/2 tsp. dried dill
Pepper to taste
