Dill dressing salad

This salad takes warm cooked carrots and chickpeas, adds it to cold cut veggies and brings it all together with a delicious dill dressing to make this salad complete!
First you will need:
Cooked carrots;
-Carrots 5 or 6 depending in size
- 1-2tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Tyme
- Dash of pepper
Dilled Chick Peas;
- Can of chick peas
- 2 tbsp lemon squeezed
- 1 tsp dried dill
Salad; Any veggies you like! I however used;
- 1/2 red onion
- handful or two spinach
- little handful parsley
- little handful cilantro
- 2 celery stalks
- 1/3 cucumber
Procedure:
1. Place cut carrots in a bowl mix with olive oil, Tyme, rosemary and pepper put in oven to cook. Temp 350c for about 15-20 mins
2. Rinse one can of chickpeas, place in a bowl with lemon juice and dill place on other side of cooking tray and put in oven.
3. Cut up veggies for salad and place in a bowl
4. Put all ingredients for dressing in a blender and mix well until you get a smooth consultancy!
5. Once carrots and chickpeas cooked place in the bowl with the salad and top with dressing, and there you have it! Enjoy :)
