This salad focuses on brain fuel powering ingredients! The walnuts are a great source of your daily EFA's that are crucial for brain functioning, the pumpkin seeds provide a great source of Zinc, and many other fresh vegetables that will hydrate the body, and provide excellent sources of vitamins and minerals! Haven’t been feeling overly motivated these days to get creative in the kitchen. Finally made a bit of a breakthrough today— made one delicious chicken power bowl 👌🏼😋. Try this simple and delicious salad today :). Enjoy! Ingredients: 1/2 cup cooked quinoa 1/3 a cucumber, chopped 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 5 radishes, diced 1/2 an orange bell pepper, diced 1 Tbsp. Avocado oil 1 tsp. This vivaciously purple smoothie is packed with antioxidants, and is sure to satisfy your taste buds! Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/3~1-2 cucumber peeled and sliced 2 celery stalk chopped up 1 handful of Spinach 1 cup of frozen mixed berries Directions: 1.
