Christmas eggs

Christmas Eggs
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Avacado
- 1/2 Tomato
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tbsp oil (I use either coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil)
- Dash of freshly ground pepper

Instructions:
Let oil eat up in pan, once ready crack the two eggs in the pan trying your best not to break them, let them cook, but make sure the insides are still goopy. Once done take off pan and slide on to plate, now decorate with cut up avocado, tomato and dash of pepper. Its a fast and easy way to have both a tasty and protein full breakfast :)
