Quinoa porridge

I wanted to try something totally new for breakfast today... So I did! Ive never been a huge fan of porridge but then I discovered this recipe that combined porridge, blueberries and almond butter! I had a feeling this couldn't fail! I was happily surprised to its creative mixture and enjoy it very much!

Ingredients:
1 Cup quinoa flakes
4 Cups water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 Cup sunflower seeds
1 1/2 tsp stevia sugar
Blue berries (any other fruit you like) for topping
Almond butter for topping

Instructions:
1. Mix 1 Cup of quinoa flakes, 4 Cups of water, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp nutmeg together in a stove top pot.
2. Put on high till boils then lower the temperature to about 3, and let cook for about 12 mins or until cooked.
3. After the 12 mins add the sunflower seeds and stevia sugar, adjust to the taste you like and serve into 4-5 bowls.
4. Top it off with fruit and almond butter and there you have it!
