Ingredients:
Salad:
Spinach
Strawberries sliced
Red onion sliced
Handful of sunflower seeds
Chicken:
Oregano
Tyme
Ground pepper
Dressing:
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Chia seeds
Apple cider
Stevia
Sesame seeds
1.For the chicej just rub the spices on chicken and put in the oven at 350 until ready, flip once half way through.
2. Assemble the dressing by adding everything into a bowl and letting it sit, you can also put it in the fridge to chill
3. As for the salad just add all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl
4. Lastly cut chicken up, place in salad bowl add dressing and your done! Enjoy!
