Buckwheat Pancakes πŸ₯ž

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup buckwheat flour (I usually use dark, but light buckwheat would also work) 
  • 1/2 Cup water 
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking soda 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut oil, melted 
  • Sprinkle of Himalayan salt 
Directions: 
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl, and mix till all ingredients are combined. 
2. Let pancake batter sit while 2 tsp. Coconut oil in a pan. 
3. Turn burner to medium heat. 
4. Once Pam is hot, begin to pour pancake mixture into pan. 
5. Once you see little bubbles forming, flip to cook the other side (Should only need 1- 2 mins per side~ depending on your heat). 
6. Once you’re pancakes are ready to eat it’s tome to spread some but butter on top, and fresh fruit. I also love sprinkling cinnamon on top! Feel free to top with whatever you like, and enjoy this finer delicious breakfast πŸ˜‹.
