What a great way to get more fish into your diet! Fish tends to be one of those foods that we don’t eat as much of it as we should. Be sure to get wild fish whenever possible, especially in respect to salmon.
When picking out fish, also remember to check the likely accumulation of its mercury content. Certain fish are more likely to have higher levels of mercury’s then others, and we don’t want to be consuming large or if possible, any mercury. Mercury is toxic to the body in a variety of ways and should be avoided whenever possible!
